Mission statement
My analysis of the evidence leads me to the conclusion that bicycle helmet laws are wrong on several levels: they are the wrong solution to an overstated problem, and have failed wherever they have been tried. Whatever your views on helmet wearing, my aim here is to persuade you that it is a choice which can and should be left to the individual.-
